Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a dedicated Teacher to implement our curriculum in a caring classroom setting. You will create a safe, engaging space for children to explore and learn, while forming strong connections with families to support their child’s growth.

You will collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, and you will engage with licensing authorities and community partners to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational ability.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and working indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support their children’s education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
