Job summary

KinderCare Education is hiring a Teacher to implement our curriculum in a way that respects each child's unique needs and family context. You will create a safe, nurturing classroom environment and partner with parents to support development and learning outcomes.

You will also work with center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement efforts, while building strong relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and families.
