This role emphasizes collaboration with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment goals and maintain high-quality Early Childhood Education across our centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• English communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that fits each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and play.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and partners.
