Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to join our team to deliver a nurturing, curriculum-guided classroom experience for young learners. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe environment, and partner with families.

You’ll work with center staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals, build positive relationships with families and staff, and support the center’s success through collaboration with licensing authorities and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills with strong organizational abilities.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; work with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
