Child Development Schools in Ringgold, GA is seeking an Assistant Teacher for the Infant Classroom. You will work alongside the Lead Teacher to support young learners through hands-on activities, storytelling, and daily routines, helping create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel excited to explore.

You will observe progress, communicate with families, assist with attendance and reports, and help maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets licensing requirements.

Assistant Teacher, Infant Classroom - Ringgold, Georgia

Your role

As an Assistant Teacher at Child Development Schools, you will help create a classroom filled with discovery, creativity, learning, and joy. Working alongside your Lead Teacher, you will support young learners through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth. From hands‑on activities and storytelling to everyday learning moments, you will help shape a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world around them. You will serve as a trusted partner to families, a positive role model for children, and an important part of our collaborative teaching team dedicated to making early childhood education engaging, nurturing, safe, and fun.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements

Pay And Benefits

Pay: 13-15 per hour, based on experience and education.
