Bright Horizons is hiring an Assistant Teacher in Indianapolis to support infants, toddlers and preschoolers full-time. You will assist with activities, communicate with families, and maintain a safe classroom in alignment with Bright Horizons policies.

Requirements include background checks and being 18+, with a CDA or degree preferred. All training and growth opportunities are provided as part of Bright Horizons’ caring community.

Qualifications

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• Age 18+ with HS diploma or GED required.
• CDA / Associate / Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet children’s needs and interests.
• Communicate with parents about daily milestones.
• Maintain safe, clean classroom following guidelines.
• Provide support across classrooms or locations as needed.
