Job summary

Bright Horizons in Hingham, MA is hiring an Assistant Teacher to support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a caring, educational environment. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost.

You will work in person in Bright Horizons centers, assist with hands-on activities, communicate with parents, and help create a safe, engaging classroom.

Qualifications

• Pass required state and company background checks.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDA/Associate/Bachelor’s in early education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet children's needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe, clean classroom by following guidelines.
• Provide support in any classroom or age group as needed.
