Job summary

Indian Creek School seeks a full-time Lower Elementary teacher to create a positive classroom culture and deliver the curriculum.

You will collaborate with the Early Elementary Team, maintain strong relationships with students, families, and staff, and uphold the school's mission of nurturing learners.

Salary ranges from $40,000 to $45,000 with comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and a 403(b) plan.

Indian Creek School is an independent, co-ed day school in which 600 students age 3 to Grade 12 partner with innovative teachers in an outstanding educational program. This is a full-time, 10-month position reporting to the Lower School Principal.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's years of experience at an educational institution and prior administrative experience and responsibilities. Candidates will be offered a competitive salary and are exempt from overtime within the range of $40,000 - $45,000 dependent on experience.
