Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to provide high-quality care for children in a licensed environment. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a fun and organized classroom, observe and plan for children's development, and communicate with families.

Training on childcare, preschool, and development topics will be provided. We offer a Monday–Friday work week with competitive hourly pay, immediate benefits including health, PTO, and 401(k) with match, plus tuition

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care for each child.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
