Learning Care Group is hiring assistant teachers to nurture and guide children in a caring, structured environment. The role emphasizes following licensing guidelines, maintaining an engaging classroom, and communicating with families while participating in ongoing training.

Compensation includes health insurance, PTO and a 401(k) with company match; part-time options provide limited medical coverage. Monday–Friday schedules support work-life balance.

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards for daily care of every child.
• Develop the ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
