Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards for daily care of every child.
• Develop the ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Engage with families and observe children's progress to inform planning.
• Participate in training to develop childcare, preschool and development knowledge.
