You will focus on observation, daily communication with families, and maintaining a clean, organized classroom. The role emphasizes safety, growth, and collaboration within a dedicated teaching team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Genuine care for children and safety.
• Strong communication and family relationship skills.
• Physical ability to work with young children.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through daily communication.
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports.
