Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. in Spring, TX is hiring motivated Assistant Teachers who inspire curiosity and support daily care for young learners. You will help create a welcoming, well‑organized classroom and engage with families to monitor each child’s progress.

You will participate in ongoing training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics while meeting state or accreditation requirements. Indoor/outdoor activities are encouraged as part of daily routines.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing or accreditation education/experience requirements.
• Ability to observe, assess and plan for children with clear communication to families.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training on childcare and development topics.
