Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers to inspire children to become lifelong learners in a caring center environment.

You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a clean, organized, and fun classroom, and engage with families to observe and plan for each child’s development. We seek energetic, dependable individuals with a passion for working with children who can meet state requirements and participate in both indoor and outdoor activities.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
