Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking Assistant Teachers to support children daily in a caring daycare setting. You will follow licensing guidelines, help maintain a clean, engaging classroom, and communicate with families while observing and planning for each child’s development.

The role includes participating in ongoing training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics, with opportunities to grow in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop the ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate with families.
• Complete training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
