Job summary

The Children's Courtyard in Spring, TX is hiring Assistant Teachers to join a caring team dedicated to children and families. You will help with daily care and keep a fun, organized classroom while following licensing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Develop ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Engage with families and communicate effectively.
• Provide daily care and supervision for children.
• Observe, assess and plan for individual children’s development.
