Qualifications

• CDA or ECE certificate, or associate/bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility or active enrollment in an accredited program may be considered with experience.
• Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass a background check.

• Support children through learning, playing, meals, and resting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring classroom environment.

What You Bring…

Compensation…

• The hourly rate for this position is between $13.00 – $16.00 per hour.
• The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position.
• Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.
