Job summary

LLE Education Group in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking enthusiastic Teachers to inspire, lead, and grow with our early childhood team.

You’ll create engaging lesson plans, support children through learning and routines, and collaborate with families via mobile updates.

The hourly rate is $15.00–$18.00; we offer paid professional development, college credit reimbursement, discounted childcare, medical and dental benefits, a 401(k) with match, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• CDA, ECE certificate, or degree in ECE or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of licensed childcare experience or active enrollment in an accredited program.
• Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass background check.

What You Bring…

• CDA, ECE certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (or equivalent coursework)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility or active enrollment in an accredited program may be considered with experience.
• Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass a background check
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs
• Ability to cultivate a safe and stimulating classroom environment

Compensation…

The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.

The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position.

Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.
