Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to deliver our curriculum in a caring, engaging classroom setting. You will create a safe, nurturing environment and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s growth.

You will work with center staff to promote enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement, while upholding high standards of care across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to bend and sit at low levels to engage with children and ensure safety.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that fits each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
