Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking teachers to join our team, delivering high-quality early childhood education across centers nationwide. You will lead and mentor staff, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging environment for young learners.

You will partner with families to support children’s development and help drive center enrollment and accreditation goals, with opportunities for growth and professional development in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills, with ability to multitask effectively.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
