Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks dedicated teachers to support early learning on-site. You will lead classrooms, mentor peers, and implement the curriculum to meet each child’s needs. A safe, nurturing environment will be created, and you will partner with families to deliver exceptional care.

The role emphasizes collaboration with center staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals while building strong relationships with licensing authorities and the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy and state trainer approval where applicable.
• 2–3 years of early childhood education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
