Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to implement our curriculum in classrooms, create a safe, nurturing space for children, and partner with parents to deliver high‑quality care and education. You will work with center staff to help achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals while building strong relationships with families and the community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational ability.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically capable to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum respecting unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.
