You will follow state guidelines, create a fun, organized classroom, observe and assess children's development, communicate with families, and participate in ongoing training to grow as an early childhood professional. Qualifications

• Meet state licensing guidelines and accreditation requirements as applicable.
• Ability to engage children indoors or outdoors and participate in physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop observation, assessment and planning for children, and communicate with families.
• Complete training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
