Job summary

Learning Care Group in California is seeking enthusiastic Assistant Teachers to join our child care teams. You’ll help daily with care, play, and learning activities, while following licenses and our standards.

You’ll observe and support children, communicate with families, and participate in ongoing training to grow as an early childhood educator.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare and child development topics.
