Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring energetic Assistant Teachers to support our day care centers. You will help create a nurturing environment where children learn through play, exploration, and routine activities, under the guidance of experienced teachers.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily care, age-appropriate activities, and clear communication with families, while following licensing guidelines and center standards to ensure safety and growth for every child.

Qualifications

• Must meet state and/or accreditation education and experience requirements.
• Ability to observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
