Job summary

Learning Care Group in Somerville, NJ is hiring Assistant Teachers to join a caring team dedicated to children and families. This role focuses on maintaining a fun, interactive classroom, following licensing guidelines, and communicating with families to support developmental progress.

Assistant Teachers:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.40-17.03 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
