Tutor Time Childcare is hiring Assistant Teachers to join a caring, child-centered team. This role focuses on supporting daily care, following licensing guidelines, and maintaining a safe, engaging classroom environment.

You will observe and plan activities, communicate with families, and complete training on childcare topics. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, benefits for eligible employees, and opportunities for growth through our Master Teacher Program.

Assistant Teachers:

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Love to engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Love to learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.48-$17.12 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
