Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to support children's daily care and learning in a nurturing, structured environment.

You will follow licensing standards, engage with families, and participate in ongoing training to help children thrive. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on early education in a welcoming daycare setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet state and accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Assistant Teachers:
