Job summary

Learning Care Group in Sterling, VA is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children and support families. This role emphasizes following licensing guidelines, maintaining a fun, safe classroom, and engaging with every child.

You’ll receive extensive training, tuition reimbursement, credential assistance, and opportunities through the Master Teacher Program. Join a supportive, inclusive team and help children become lifelong learners.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state/accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
