Learning Care Group in Texas is hiring Assistant Teachers to care for children and support families. Join a supportive team with access to benefits, training, and a unique Master Teacher Program as you grow.

As an Assistant Teacher, you will follow licensing guidelines, create a engaging classroom, observe and communicate with families, and participate in ongoing childcare training to help children thrive.

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
