Job summary

Learning Care Group in Virginia is hiring Assistant Teachers to join a supportive team that cares for children and families. You will help deliver daily care following licensing guidelines, maintain a fun, interactive classroom, and communicate with families to support children's development.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
