Job summary

Learning Care Group in Penfield, NY is hiring Assistant Teachers to provide safe, nurturing care for children and support families. You will follow licensing guidelines and work with the team to create a positive learning environment.

You will engage children through observation, planning, and family communication, and complete training on childcare topics. We offer a Monday-Friday schedule and opportunities for growth.

Assistant Teachers:

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun,interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Love to engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Love to learn! Complete extensive training onchildcare, preschooland childdevelopment topics.

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.13-18.83 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
