Acquire4Hire is seeking enthusiastic assistant teachers to support lead teachers in childcare classrooms. Full-time and part-time roles available, with responsibilities across infant to older classrooms and a focus on safety and warm interactions.

You will plan daily activities, communicate with families, support hygiene routines, and help maintain a well-organized classroom. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are offered, with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates high energy and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Able to collaborate effectively with Lead Teacher and other staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills to support classroom activities.

Responsibilities

• Help children establish good personal hygiene habits and assist with toilet training.
• Maintain a neat and organized classroom.

About This Role

Now hiring for full‑time and part‑time assistant teachers. Assistant teachers are responsible for assisting the classroom lead teacher with general supervision and management. They must have a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, and be able to relate well with children. Our infant room assistant teachers specifically take care of the all the daily needs of our youngest learners; feed, rock, change, interact/play. Older classrooms offer time for structured small groups and supervised uninterrupted free play with lots of teachable moment opportunities. Part‑time positions are flexible and great for students!

What You'll Do
