Your Responsibilities:

• Lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development
• Ensure children’s safety and well-being at all times
• Monitor and document children’s progress
• Create a positive environment where children and teachers enjoy coming to school

Qualifications:

Experience in schools is not mandatory. The key quality we seek is a love for working with children. Many of our best educators come from diverse backgrounds such as customer service, healthcare, and retail.

If you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate’s degree in early childhood development or CDA certification (preferred but not required)
• Montessori experience (preferred but not required)
• At least 6 months of experience in a certified child development center (1 year preferred)
• Experience with the specific age group
• Ability to use standard office equipment like laptops and smartphones
