Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers to support a nurturing childcare environment. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a clean and interactive classroom, and help plan activities that foster growth and curiosity.

You will observe and assess children, communicate with families, and participate in ongoing training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Energetic, dependable individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and supervision of children in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Implement activities that support development and learning.
• Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and needs.
