Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers who are passionate about helping children grow, learn, and play. You’ll support daily care, follow licensing guidelines, maintain an engaging classroom, and be part of a team that believes every child can become a lifelong learner.

We’re looking for difference makers who will inspire children, participate in ongoing training, and support indoor or outdoor activities while collaborating with families and staff to promote healthy development.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Develop observation, assessment, and planning for children, and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Engage with children indoors or outdoors and participate in physical activities.
• Observe, assess and plan activities to support each child’s development and share updates with families.
