Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking Assistant Teachers to join our Lititz childcare team. You will help provide a safe, engaging daily program and support licensed operations, while fostering a caring environment for children.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
