About Children of America (COA): We are a diverse community of people, principles, and pride. Our Assistant Teachers execute our curriculum alongside the Lead Teacher and a talented team of educators in a supportive environment that encourages growth and passion for early childhood education. Our program serves children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before and After Care, and Summer Camp.

Daily Interactions

This position interacts daily with the Lead Teacher, children, parents, management team, and fellow staff.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma required; willingness to grow professionally. EC1 (Introduction to Childcare) certification needed within 90 days of employment.

• Must meet all state requirements
