As One of Our Happy Center Leaders, You Will:

• Lead by example, demonstrating passion and creating an environment of trust and rapport with diverse groups.
• Ensure the physical environment and all health/safety standards comply with licensing regulations.
• Maintain staffing levels with high-performing teachers through sourcing, training, and engagement.

• Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience, with at least one year in a leadership role.
• Possess a state-specific Administrative or Director credential and meet other state requirements.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in ECE or a related field (highly preferred).
• Have strong knowledge of licensing rules and regulations.
