Compensation: $45,000 to $52,000 annually

As a Center Leader, You Will:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating passion for making a difference in children’s and employees’ lives by creating an environment of trust and rapport, and relating well to diverse groups.
  • Maintain the physical environment and ensure all health and safety standards comply with local and state regulations.
  • Ensure the center is fully staffed with high-performing teachers through sourcing, training, coaching, and engagement.
  • Guide teachers using their passion for learning to implement our proprietary curriculum, utilizing engaging characters to make learning fun.
  • Achieve business results through family retention, enrollment growth, and operational management, including accounts receivable/payable, monthly P&L, and payroll.
  • Engage prospective families through in-person and virtual tours and organize community marketing events to increase awareness and enrollment.

Apply Now If You:

  • Have two or more years of center leadership/management experience (preferred), with at least one year required.
  • Possess a state-specific Administrative or Director credential and meet other state-specific guidelines.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (highly preferred).
  • Have strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.

Must meet background screening and licensing requirements applicable to the role.
