Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking energetic Assistant Teachers at our Cedar Park, Texas child care centers. You will help care for children, support daily routines, and contribute to a warm, engaging classroom environment where kids feel safe and excited to learn.

You will follow licensing guidelines, participate in extensive training, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth, curiosity, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
