Job summary

The Learning Tree-Elgin West is hiring an Assistant Teacher for our Two-Year-Old Classroom in Elgin, IL. We are a family-oriented, close-knit organization and offer a supportive team environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Compensation: $19–$20/hr, based on education and experience. Paid training, a generous benefits package, and 401k with match are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience working in a licensed childcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and caring for children in the Two-Year-Old Classroom.
• Support a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young learners.
