The Learning Tree-Elgin West is seeking an Assistant Teacher for our Two-Year-Old Classroom in Elgin, IL. This role supports daily activities, supervision, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children.

We offer paid training, a positive work environment, a generous benefits package, and opportunities for growth. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with compensation of $19–$20 per hour based on education and experience.
