Job summary

Mighty Joy, a creator management and brand partnerships agency in Century City, Los Angeles, is hiring to own the front line of our deal flow. You will be the first touch on inbound brand interest and keep deals moving in a high tempo environment.

The role emphasizes fast qualification, sharp emails, and close collaboration between creators and brands, with potential for scaling processes and systems as we grow.

• Support rate conversations, scope building, and contract handoff.
• Coordinate between creators and brands and help build scalable systems.

Mighty Joy is a creator management and brand partnerships agency representing the top voices in AI, tech, and business. We are growing fast, and we are hiring a person who will own the front line of our deal flow.

The role

You will be the first touch on inbound brand interest and the engine that keeps deals moving. This is a high volume, high tempo role.

What you'll do

• Manage inbound brand and agency inquiries end to end, from first reply through closed deal


• Qualify opportunities fast: audience fit, budget, red flags, timeline


• Draft and send partner emails that are sharp and on brand


• Keep the pipeline clean and current across every active creator thread


• Support rate conversations, scope building, and contract handoff


• Coordinate between creators and brands


• Help build the systems, templates, and processes we will scale on

What we're looking for

• Ruthlessly organized. You will be tracking dozens of open threads.


• Strong written communicator. Clear, brief, and professional.


• AI native. You use AI tools daily and reach for them instinctively.


• Genuine interest in AI, tech, startups, finance, or VC. Background in one of these is a huge plus, hunger to learn is required.


• Comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and long flexible hours in a startup environment


• Based in LA and in our Century City office daily. Hybrid flexibility as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships


• Working knowledge of the creator landscape on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube


• Sales or account management background
