The College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University is seeking a part-time Assistant Swimming and Diving Coach to support the swim and dive team. This role includes coaching, practice planning, and assisting with recruiting prospective athletes. The ideal candidate will mentor student-athletes and manage daily program operations.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and coaching experience in competitive swimming, have strong communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
The Athletics Department at the College of Saint Benedict invites applications for a part-time (0.5 FTE), benefit-eligible position of Assistant Swimming and Diving Coach. The Assistant Swimming & Diving Coach works under the direction of the Head Coach to support the CSB Swim and Dive Team. This position assists in creating a season plan, executing practices, recruiting prospective student-athletes, and helping manage the overall swim and dive program. The primary responsibility is creating a positive student-athlete experience and assisting the head coach with the day-to-day operations of a collegiate swim and dive program.
