Job summary

Clark-Pleasant Community School Corp is seeking a middle school coach to lead team instruction and development. The role includes coaching duties for middle school squads and involvement in off-season feeder and conditioning initiatives.

The position reports to the Head Coach, Athletic Director, and Building Principal, with compensation based on the district extra-curricular pay schedule. Prior coaching in school or club settings is preferred. Diving experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard and WSI Certifications must be obtained before the high school season begins.
• First Aid & AED Certifications required.
• Preferred coaching experience at high school, middle school, or club level.
• Previous diving experience in high school or college.

Responsibilities

• Position coaching middle school teams.
• Assist running off-season feeder program and conditioning program for middle school teams.
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the coach and administration.
