Delta State University is seeking a qualified candidate to assist in coaching and managing the intercollegiate swimming/diving program. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, developing programs, and overseeing student athletes' academic progress. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's preferred. Certifications in lifeguarding and pool operation are necessary.

The responsibilities of this candidate will include:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Certifications in Lifeguard Training, Water Safety, Water Exercise, CPR/FA/AED from American Red Cross, YMCA, or equivalent, with instructor certification. Certified Pool Operator with knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations for public pools. Coaching experience, preferably at the college level, and experience in pool facility management are also required.
Salary is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and university resources.
