The Kansas City Royals are seeking an Usher Assistant Supervisor to help run guest services at Kauffman Stadium. You will train and supervise Ushers, uphold safety policies, and ensure a welcoming environment for fans during home games.

This part-time, non-exempt role is aligned with the stadium’s event schedule; expect holidays, weekends, and evenings. Strong communication and team spirit are essential to succeed.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• 5+ years Guest Service experience preferred.
• Experience with Dayforce Payroll System preferred, but not required.
• Available to work all home games, including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
• Able to work in high-pressure environment.
• Professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must be team-oriented, extremely outgoing, and motivated.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Title: Usher Assistant Supervisor

Job Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests visiting Kauffman Stadium. This includes training and supervising ballpark Ushers, who are responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for guests and safely and accurately showing fans to designated seating area.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times
• Specific vision abilities include close vision and ability to adjust focus
• Must be able to withstand hot and humid temperatures as well as frigid temperatures
• Must be comfortable walking to navigate the facility to access the office, concourse, etc.
• Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as required by deadlines and event scheduling
