HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR IN BOLINGBROOK, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Assistant Supervisor to join our team in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for addressing problems with your supervisor on work quality, issues between employees and other concerns, utilizing all resources available to produce necessary products with the least cost, and more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $23.75/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday – Friday 6am-2:20PM
• Located in Bolingbrook, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

• Address problems with your Supervisor on work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner
• Motivate, train, monitor team members and create strategies to boost productivity
• Utilize all resources available to produce necessary product with the least cost
• Review bills of material and shop orders for accuracy
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft applications, e-mail, ERP, etc
• Learns from mistakes and recommends improvements in manufacturing and production operations
• Follows production schedules to ensure production orders/sales orders are completed on time
• Return to stock material is being counted correctly and properly identified
• Good communication within department and within other departments. Must be a team player
• Assists in maintaining high standards in safety and set 6S in the department

Requirements and Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience
• Computer skills, in particular, Microsoft Office (Intermediate in Excel). Experience with ERP systems a plus
• Must work well with all Associates in a team environment
