Responsibilities

• Address problems with your Supervisor on work quality and coworker issues in a timely manner.
• Motivate, train, monitor team members and create strategies to boost productivity.
• Utilize resources to produce necessary products at the least cost while maintaining quality.
• Review bills of material and shop orders for accuracy.
• Learn from mistakes and propose improvements in manufacturing processes.
• Follow production schedules to ensure orders are completed on time.
