Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Field Foreman role.
• Minimum 10 years of prior site work experience.
• Strong understanding of excavation and site construction methods, field operations, contracts, plans, and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop field employees and Foremen.
• Must have valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to field operations and help drive the daily execution of projects.
• Mentor Foremen and help strengthen leadership expectations, planning, and field responsibilities.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, assessing, and training employees.
• Develop and assess training plans for Foremen and provide ongoing mentoring and progress updates.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and the Operations Manager to develop daily, weekly, and look-ahead construction activity plans.
• Direct field employees according to established project plans and schedules.
